Data corrections
If a rate, currency name, country or decimal convention looks wrong, tell us the page URL and what you expected. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
Coverage requests
Missing a currency, a pair page or a chart period? Send the ISO code and we will check whether a provider publishes it.
Source questions
Every page names its provider, rate type and publication time. If something is ambiguous, ask and we will clarify it on the page itself.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on transactions, recommend a provider, execute exchanges, or comment on whether a rate will rise or fall. RateUSD has no trading, brokerage or payment function of any kind.
